Introduction
This Billing Policy is incorporated into and subject to the FormVeritas Terms of Service. This document governs financial transactions, final-sale purchases, Audit Packs, and billing records when purchasing access to the FormVeritas software and services from One Big Media Company LLC.
BY PLACING AN ORDER, DOWNLOADING DIGITAL CONTENT, OR ACCESSING THE SOFTWARE, YOU CONSENT TO IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PURCHASES ARE FINAL EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY LAW.
Payment, Taxes, and Chargebacks
We will charge your chosen payment method for any paid transactions, including applicable taxes according to the tax jurisdiction in which the transaction takes place. You agree to receive all invoices and receipts in an electronic format.
We understand there may be occasions where you do not recognize a charge. You agree to contact our support team prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer.
Collections and Account Suspension: If you fail to pay Service Fees on time, or if a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account. If you make a card payment and later dispute a legitimate charge without merit, we reserve the right to permanently prohibit you from using our Services and submit compelling evidence to refute the invalid chargeback request.
Final Sale Policy
FormVeritas purchases are final. Paid account access, Audit Packs, add-ons, pre-orders, and other digital purchases are not refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Audit capacity is delivered as account-scoped base audits or admin-issued bonus audits. Purchased audits do not expire and are not tied to recurring billing.
Billing Questions: If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact [email protected] before initiating a bank or card dispute so we can investigate the billing record.
One-Time Purchases and Audit Packs
The Services currently use one-time purchases for paid access, Audit Packs, and eligible add-ons. No recurring billing is created by these purchases.
Termination and Suspension
If you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of our Terms of Service (including our Acceptable Use Policy), we may, with or without notice to you, except where notice is required by applicable law: (i) terminate your account; (ii) terminate your license to the Product; and/or (iii) preclude your access to the Services. No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
As detailed in our Terms of Service, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to financial transactions, billing records, chargebacks, or this Agreement shall be determined by binding individual arbitration in the State of Delaware, subject to a Class Action Waiver. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
