This Cookie Policy explains how One Big Media Company LLC ("we", "us", and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website, formveritas.com, and the FormVeritas app at app.formveritas.com.

It explains what these technologies are, which ones we use and why, and how you can control them. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Websites also use similar technologies, such as browser local storage and session storage, and tags, which are small scripts that send information to an analytics or advertising service. In this policy, "cookies" includes these similar technologies.

Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, One Big Media Company LLC) are called "first-party cookies". Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies".

2. Essential cookies and storage

These are needed for our sites to work and to keep accounts secure. They are always on.

• Sign-in session (app): our sign-in provider, Supabase, stores secure session tokens in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. Signing out removes them. As we move sign-in to Google Firebase Authentication, it will store its session tokens in your browser in the same way.
• Inactivity sign-out (app): the app stores the time of your last activity in your browser so that it can sign you out after a period of inactivity.
• Your cookie choice: the app stores your Accept or Reject choice in local storage (formVeritasCookieConsent), and remembers for the current visit that you closed the banner (formVeritasCookieDismissed). The website stores your choice in local storage (fvSiteConsent).
• Session steps (app): short-lived session storage for steps such as signup, checkout return, and password recovery. It is cleared when you close the browser tab.
• Security (website): Cloudflare, which protects our sites, may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) to tell people apart from automated traffic.
• Website platform: formveritas.com is hosted on GoHighLevel. Its pages and forms may use cookies or browser storage to load the site and submit forms.
• Payments: checkout and the billing portal run on Stripe's own pages, which set Stripe's cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention.

Essential storage does not read the documents you upload or the forms you complete.

3. Optional analytics and advertising

These load only after you choose Accept on our cookie banner. Until then, no Google Analytics or Google Ads script is loaded, and Google's consent settings stay at "denied".

• Google Analytics (app): properties G-Q71DERMGR9 (the app) and G-L6YGQ109LR (the signup page). They set Google Analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_<id> to count page views and understand how the app is used.
• Google Analytics (website): property G-97XCS75JV4 on formveritas.com, with the same cookies and purpose.
• Google Ads (app signup page only): the Google Ads tag AW-17847502916 loads on the signup page to measure whether our ads lead to signups. It may set Google advertising cookies such as _gcl_au.

For Google Analytics, we turn off Google signals and ad personalization, and we remove form, client, record, and email values from page addresses before they are sent. Uploaded documents and form contents are never sent to these tags. Google's use of this data is also covered by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

4. Third-party content and services

• Google Fonts: our legal pages and the report print view load the Inter font from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address and browser details when the font loads. We do not set cookies through Google Fonts. The main app uses its own copy of the font.
• GoHighLevel images and forms: some images in the app, and the forms on formveritas.com, load from GoHighLevel servers, which receive your IP address and browser details.

5. How can I control cookies?

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject optional cookies. When you first visit the app or our website, a banner asks for your choice:

• Accept turns on Google Analytics and, on the app's signup page, the Google Ads tag.
• Reject keeps them off. In the app, closing the banner also keeps them off for that visit, and the banner asks again on your next visit.
• To change your choice later, clear the stored site data for app.formveritas.com or formveritas.com in your browser settings. The banner then appears again. Each site keeps its own choice, so you are asked once on each.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies or browser storage, you can still read our website, but signing in to the app and running document audits will not work. Browser controls vary, so check your browser's help menu.

6. How often will you update this Cookie Policy?

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Please re-visit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.
