The hidden cost

Flat fees make clerical errors expensive.

Most immigration practices bill flat fees. When a packet comes back for a missing answer or a mismatched date, nobody bills for the fix. Paralegal hours, attorney review and client calls all come out of margin.

3 to 8 hrsof attorney and paralegal time per RFE response, by industry vendor estimates

Rework hours

Re-pulling the file, correcting the form, re-reviewing and re-mailing. Every preventable error costs hours you can't bill.

RFE responses

An RFE triggered by a form-level problem adds drafting time and months of delay to the client's case.

Client trust and reviews

Delays caused by a blank checkbox are hard to explain to a family that is already waiting, and they show up in reviews.

What do preventable form errors cost your practice?

Put in your own numbers. Published estimates vary widely, so your firm's data is the best guide. Industry vendors commonly estimate 3 to 8 hours of attorney and paralegal time per RFE response.

Attorneys

Review a clean packet with every clerical issue already flagged. Spend your time on eligibility, evidence and strategy.

  • Section-mapped audit reports
  • White-label reports for client files
  • Fewer form-driven RFEs

Paralegals

Fill forms in the Workspace on the current USCIS edition and catch your own misses before the attorney sees them.

  • Field-level checks as you prepare
  • Edition-change notices
  • Filled PDF export

High-volume paperwork is where tired-eye mistakes happen. Give every preparer the same rule set, every time.

  • Consistent QC regardless of who prepared it
  • Shared audit pool with team seats
  • Case Tracker for every receipt number

For document processors

High volume shouldn't mean high error rates.

The fortieth form of the day gets the same scrutiny as the first. FormVeritas applies the same rule set to every packet, no matter who prepared it or how late it is.

  • Catch blank answers and skipped Yes/No questions before review
  • Flag A-Number, date and address format problems automatically
  • Hand reviewers a clean, section-mapped report instead of a hunch

Form Workspace

FormVeritas is designed to run in its Form Workspace. Your team fills the official edition field by field, and every check is written for that exact field. That's what makes the audit accurate. Drafts download to your own device and are never stored on our servers.

Questions from firms

Does FormVeritas replace attorney review?

No. It is a standardized pre-review step that catches clerical and consistency issues, so attorney time goes to legal judgment instead of hunting for blank boxes and mismatched dates.

How are firm plans billed?

Practice is $99/month for 75 audits and 3 seats. Firm is $249/month for 250 audits, 10 seats and White Label Reports. Both are founding prices and you can cancel anytime.

How many audits does one client use?

One audit checks one form once. A typical family application is 5 to 8 forms, plus a re-check after corrections, so plan on roughly 10 to 15 audits per client application.

Can reports carry our firm’s branding?

Yes. White Label Reports ($99/month, included with Firm) removes FormVeritas branding and puts your firm’s name and logo on exported reports.

Why do audits run in the Form Workspace instead of on uploaded PDFs?

Accuracy. Every check is written for a specific field on the current USCIS edition, so the engine reads exactly what was entered in each field. Structured Workspace data avoids the guesswork of reading scanned or flattened documents.

Is client data stored or used for AI training?

Workspace drafts are not saved to your account; they download to your own device. Audit servers hold form data in memory only while they build the report, and no client data is ever used to train machine-learning models.

What if we run out of monthly audits?
